Over the course of her career, Michelle has attended trainings in various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Circle of Security to understand attachment relationships, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Sensory Motor Psychotherapy. Her commitment to ongoing professional development equips her to help individuals in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma and grief in their lives.
Professional Journey:
Michelle’s career as a Clinical Psychologist began within a community adult mental health team in the South East region of South Australia. Her journey led her to metropolitan Adelaide, where she expanded her knowledge and experience working with children, young people, and their families in a community team.
